I started out at the Administrative level which means I know what it takes to logistically plan every course down to the last name tag.

I worked as a manager running nationwide L&D projects for thousands of people so I know how it feels to start with an idea and see it all the way through to facilitation.

I led an L&D team as a Director and I truly get how much effort a leader puts in to develop that high-performing team.

I run my own Consultancy so I know the challenge of securing new clients, putting proposals together and then executing alone, with a small team or relying on freelancers.

It’s a range of courses, resources and coaching so I can help you get to where you want to be in your L&D career.
